Down to earth sales people like Mike Harkins, a genuine nice guy who has scene it all in his nearly 35 years of selling and managing car lots. His basic model is simple, "Treat people well and they will treat you well". His repeat business and list of customers that have bought multiple autos from Mike continues to grow. Scott Ostrum, a former golf pro is by all accounts the nicest guy around takes up the F&I responsibilities of the dealership. He also acts as the chief financial officer and keeps the business running smoothly. Mike Russel, a veteran automotive and RV technician comes to us with over 20 years experience. Jewel Sternad the owner continues to wear many hats and insists on managing all aspects of his business including the service and repairer details. "The RV business is a challenging venue with high demands from customers and a compressed time frame to do it all in." He is by all accounts the most "anti" big car dealership guy in the area. Never having worked in a large dealership or any other for that matter his detest of the high pressure approach and corny sales people shows up everywhere. Our people dress like you, talk like you and act like you. They are normal guys who are successful because they treat people with respect and as friends.
